Tripod zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC) fracture is one of the common fractures following facial trauma [
1]. Displaced zygoma causes obvious deformity of the midface. Treating this fracture within two weeks results in the best aesthetic and functional outcomes. Delayed treatment of ZMC fracture due to medical or financial reasons leads to more difficult operation and less desired outcomes.
