Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) persists as a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Determining prognostic factors is primordial to achieve a prompt management. The spot sign was first reported in 2007 as a focal area of contrast enhancement within a hematoma in computed tomography angiography (CTA) [
