Zusammenfassung

Akupunktur ist eine Regulationstherapie, die die Anpassung des Organismus an geänderte Umweltbedingungen, Störungen und Belastungen verbessert und beschleunigt mit dem Ziel, alle normalen Körperfunktionen zu erhalten bzw. wiederzuerlangen. Beim Tuina findet eine mechanische Aktivierung von Akupunkturpunkten ohne Nadeln statt. Die chinesische Phytotherapie bietet ein umfassendes diagnostisches und therapeutisches Konzept, um Krankheiten und deren Folgen zu behandeln. „Materielle“ Konstitutionsbehandlung und Ernährungsberatung helfen, den Körper zu stärken, den Energiefluss zu harmonisieren sowie prophylaktisch die Krankheitsanfälligkeit zu reduzieren. Medizinisches Qigong bietet eine breite Palette von Übungen, die entsprechend ihrer Grundidee von Aufrichtung, Aufmerksamkeit und Ausdauer von Menschen jeden Alters ausgeführt werden können und zur Prävention oder Therapie von Krankheiten beitragen.
