11. Kindliche Knochenmarkerkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Kindliche Knochenmarkerkrankungen werden in nicht-neoplastische und neoplastische Formen eingeteilt. Bei den nicht-neoplastischen Erkrankungen werden Veränderungen, die präferentiell eine hämatologische Bildungsreihe betreffen und im peripheren Blut entweder mit einer verminderten oder erhöhten Zellzahl einhergehen von syndromalen Erkrankungen mit progredientem Knochenmarkversagen unterschieden. Neoplastische Knochenmarkerkrankungen werden in Anlehnung an die beim Erwachsenen definierten Formen klassifiziert, weisen jedoch nach Art, genetischen Befunden und Prognose charakteristische Unterschiede auf. Die in dieser Altersgruppe zahlreichen besonderen Entitäten werden umfassend dargestellt und die Bedeutung der bioptischen Untersuchung im Krankheitsverlauf herausgestellt.
