1. Depressives Grübeln: Konsequenzen, Theorie und Behandlung

Zusammenfassung

Die grüblerische : Auseinandersetzung mit : der eigenen Person, vergangenen : bzw. gegenwärtigen Entscheidungen, Begegnungen und Geschehnissen ist ein charakteristisches Merkmal des Denkens depressiver Patienten. Im Folgenden wird zunächst der Begriff depressives Grübeln bzw. Rumination definiert und vom verwandten Konstrukt des Sich-Sorgens abgegrenzt. Anschließend wird – unter Skizzierung störungsübergreifender Befunde – der Forschungsstand zur Bedeutung ruminativer Reaktionen für die Entstehung, Aufrechterhaltung, Intensivierung und Behandlung dysphorischer und depressiver Stimmungen bzw. Störungen überblicksartig zusammengefasst. Es folgt eine Darstellung verschiedener theoretischer Modelle und Annahmen zur Verursachung und Aufrechterhaltung von Grübelprozessen. Abschließend werden Annahmen und Methoden zur Behandlung depressiven Grübelns beschrieben.
