15. Chronische Bauchschmerzen

Zusammenfassung

Chronische Bauchschmerzen können intermittierend oder kontinuierlich auftreten. Sie werden nach den ROME-III-Kriterien eingeteilt in funktionelle Dyspepsie, Reizdarmsyndrom, abdominelle Migräne, funktionelle Bauchschmerzen und das Syndrom der funktionellen Bauchschmerzen. Zum Krankheitsverständnis und zur Therapieplanung ist eine konsequent biopsychosoziale Sichtweise hilfreich. Eine primär psychosomatische Herangehensweise verbessert die Therapiecompliance und die Langzeitprognose. Die Behandlung besteht aus einer umfassenden Edukation sowie psychosozialen Interventionen, die das Kind und seine Eltern gleichermaßen berücksichtigen. Auch kognitiv-behaviorale Gruppenangebote sind hilfreich.
