A 28-year-old male presented with bilateral ankle edema, red cheeks, and moon face without obvious cause 2 months ago. The results of laboratory examinations pointed to the diagnosis of ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) syndrome. However, regular imaging examinations did not find any lesions.
